You must be 21 years old or older to sign this document. The puppies will come with a record of all shots given and a health certificate from a license Vet. The cost of shipping and the kennel crate is extra, and the responsibility of the purchaser. We guarantee our puppies for two years for hip and elbow dysphasia. If you have a problem, we require a copy of a vet exam and explanation sheet. We also have the option of a second opinion. We will replace the pup from a different litter if you find the pup/dog to have any of the problems mentioned above. This contract is to the original purchaser only and non-transferable.
We do not give refunds at all, and we do not pay your vet bill under any circumstances. If you believe your dog is sick within the first 48 hours and you return the puppy to us, we will return the puppy to you well or replace the puppy. We are not responsible for any person or animal bitten or hurt by the animals we sell. The training and behavior of animals after we sell and transfer ownership, is the responsibility of the new owner.
If the pup is breed within the contract period it will void any and all of the contract agreements. If the pup is used for weight pull before the age of one year it will void any and all of the contract agreements. This contract is only good for puppies sold above the price of $700.00. Most of the puppies sold under this price will have a limited registration. Any puppy sold under this price is sold for a pet quality unless told other wise in writing on this contract. I have read and agree to the contract agreements.
